The founders of DVL believe that no one person and no one small group of practitioners can quickly and effectively create positive culture change in organizations. That is why when we consult our first effort is often the identification of emerging leaders with the enterprise who can be integrated into our leadership development efforts. They also believe that there are times when a diversity of voices can be more effective than one or a few voices.

John, Craig, and Todd are determined however to avoid becoming a top-heavy organization that expects clients to pay for overhead that does not directly benefit clients. The way DaVinci addresses these two realities is to use a task-force structure where a relatively small core group of leaders are responsible for the ongoing tasks of running, and marketing the business as well for personally delivering product and services to senior leaders augmented by a vetted network of experts in their field who are available on an as needed basis.
