He has been an executive coach, consultant, and innovative thinker with over 30 years of national and international experience working with individuals, teams and organizations. His ability to be strategic, pragmatic and visionary has been instrumental in both his personal and professional success. Â
His principal strengths revolve around the accurate assessment of organizational structures, the people within them and the appropriate remedies needed to solve their complex business issues. These skills come from real world corporate management experience. His time as an Executive Leader has given him great insight into the workings of extremely profitable global companies, their leaders, managers and employees. His mix of business acumen and highly advanced people skills gives him a unique perspective to share with organizations.
Craig has held senior leadership roles at Broadcom, Matrix Insights, Clear Channel Communications (iHeart Radio) and Wachovia Bank (WFS Financial). He has had P&L responsibility, led global learning and organizational development teams, built learning organizations from the ground up, and managed through significant business and technological disruption. He currently teaches Emotional Intelligence, Psychological Safety and Situational Leadership at CHOC University. Â
