Processment
(n): a unique way to look at people and relationships; a framework to deliver personalized insights.
This approach differs from the ‘old school’ assessments that marked the end of a journey of development.Â
You’ll learn that Davinci Leadership uses multiple Leadership Lenses we call “processments." More pro-learner, and productive than traditional assessments they are typically deployed in progression over time, but each can also be a stand alone. Most of all they lend themselves to a process of development as opposed to just transactional training events. Processments are often applied as modules of a leadership or team building program, or in support of coaching. The entire suite of Processments become part of your Leadership Dashboard, or as the real Leo might call it, your leadership palette. Â
Different situations create the need for different Leadership Lenses.
With the Leadership Dashboard, we select the lens that best fits your needs and preferences, or you can use multiple lenses over time. Each lens drives unique personalized insights.
